◆ 因遺失、毀損居留證辦理申請
   Applicants requesting ARC renewal due to the loss or damage of their ARC
    ●所需文件與填寫之表格：
      1. 外國人停居留案件申請表 (點此下載 →申請書)
    2. 遺失居留證具結書
      3. 護照正、影本各一份（如有舊居留證影本可帶去）
    4. 房屋契約或住宿證明
      5. 學生證正、影本各一份
      6. 白底2吋照片1張 →範例及說明
      7. 新台幣500元
      8. 學校公文(請持以上文件到僑外組申請公文)
   Required Documents：
      1. Application Form

      2. Declaration (which is provided by National Immigration Agency)
      3. Original passport and one copy of it
      4. House lease
      5. 2-sides copy of student ID card(enrolled)

     (Official document should be applied from Assistance of ISAD with documents required above)

    ●申請流程 Application Procedure
       由申請人親自檢具前述文件向居留地之內政部入出國及移民署各縣（市）服務站提出申請。
       When applying for ARC, please prepare the required documents and go to the local service of Ministry of Interior National Immigration Agency. The process should be done in person.
