關於申請居留簽證中所需證件第8、第9項(在學證明與繳費收據),及申請居留證所需證件第4、第5項(在學證明與繳費收據),申請程序如下:
1. 將報到回覆給雲科大國際事務處。
2. 四個工作天後E-mail至
oia@yuntech.edu.tw 或電洽05-534-2601 分機2510確認學校已收取您的報到回覆單。
3. E-mail(信件標題明列[申請在學證明])至
asf@yuntech.edu.tw,通知僑外組預定到校繳費的日期,僑外組會為您準備兩張申請需要的相關表格(相關單位核章表、在學證明申請書)。
4. 到雲科大僑外組領取相關單位核章表,至出納組領取繳費單繳費。(繳費手續完成後,即得到繳費收據)
5. 填寫在學證明申請書,連同繳費收據,到註冊組申請在學證明。即完成。
Here is the procedure of applying for "Statement of Attendance in Yuntech" and "Receipt of paying tution"
1. Reply "International Student Enrollment Form" to OIA of Yuntech.
2. E-mail to oia@yuntech.edu.tw or dial 05-534-2601 extension 2510 four working days later to check if OIA receive your Enrollment Form or not.
3. E-mail to asf@yuntech.edu.tw with title "[Apply For Statement of Attendance in Yuntech]
", and notify ISAD the date you are going to pay tutuin at Yuntech. ISAD will prepare tow forms for you to fill. One is "Associated Sections sealing form", another is "Application form for applying Statement of Attendance in Yuntech".
4. Come to office of ISAD to get  "Associated Sections sealing form" and go to cashier section to pay for tution. You will get a receipt after completeing tution paying.
5. Prepare "Application form for applying Statement of Attendance in Yuntech" and Receipt of paying tution to go to registration section to apply for Statement of Attendance in Yuntech.
