Work Permit
外國學生如欲在臺灣工作（不論是在校內或校外），依規定必須先申請並取得工作許可證後，才能去工作，若未依規定申請工作證，即受僱為他人工作者，得處新臺幣三萬元以上，十五萬元以下之罰鍰。請特別注意！
For international students who wish to work in Taiwan (either on campus or off campus), they are required to apply for and obtain the work permit before starting work. Please note that if you hold a job without applying for the work permit, you may be fined for NTD30,000 to NTD150,000!
★注意事項：
為了避免大家違反規定，再此提醒各位同學：外國學生在台灣求學滿一年能在校外打工，但必須依規定申請工作證，否則您和雇主均會受罰。若您有在校外工讀，請填妥附檔”工作證申請書”，並準備相關資料，送到僑外組辦理，若您有任何問題，請隨時和僑外組連絡。
Note for attention－
ISA office would like to remind you: You are allowed to work outside campus since you have been studying at YUNTECH more than one year only with “work permit”. If you want to apply for it, please fill out attached application form and prepare required documents. ISA office will help you to apply for it.
★相關規定如下：
根據就業服務法第68條規定，未持有工作許可證在校外打工者，處以新台幣3萬以上，15萬以下之罰鍰，並立即限令出境。
已申請工作證者，每週工作時數不得超過16 小時，寒暑假不在此限。
The regulations are as followed－
According to Article 68 of Employment Services Act, anyone that violates regulations and work illegally outside school shall be fined therefore an amount of at least thirty thousand New Taiwan Dollars (NTD 30,000) and at most one hundred and fifty thousand New Taiwan Dollars (NTD150,000) and also be immediately ordered to depart from the territory of the Republic of China.
Except for summer or winter vacations, foreign workers who received work permit shall not work more than sixteen (16) hours per week.
