◆ 港澳僑生更改「住址」辦理申請資料更新
     Application requesting information renewal due to change of address for Overseas Chinese students from Hong Kong or Maocau
    ●所需文件與填寫之表格：
        1. 房屋契約或住宿證明
        2. 居留證及影本各一份
        3. 護照正本及影本各一份
        4. 學生證(該學期已註冊)
       Required documents
        1. House lease or evidence of accomodation
        2. Original ARC and one copy of it
        3. Original passport and one copy of it
        4. Original student ID card and one copy of it (enrolled at the very semester)
    ●申請流程 Application Procedure
       由申請人親自檢具前述文件向居留地之內政部入出國及移民署各縣（市）服務站提出申請。
       When applying for ARC, please prepare the required documents and go to the local service of Ministry of Interior National Immigration Agency. The process should be done in person.

◆ 港澳僑生因毀損居留證辦理申請
   Applicants requesting ARC renewal due to damage of their ARC for Overseas Chinese students from Hong Kong or Maocau
    ●所需文件與填寫之表格：
       1. 中華民國臺灣地區入境居留定居申請書 (點此下載>>>申請書)
       2. 居留證損毀申報書(需親自到移民署填寫)
       3. 舊居留證
       4. 相片2張 (2吋白色背景照) →請參考範本
       5. 學生證正、反面影本
       6. 新台幣1,000元
       7. 學校公文(請持以上文件到僑外組申請公文)
     Required documents：
       1. Application Form

       2. Declaration (which is provided by National Immigration Agency)
       3. Original ARC
       4.two 2-inch photos → see the example Here
       5.2-sides copy of students ID card(enrolled)
       6. NTD 1,000
       7. Official document
     (Official document should be applied from Assistance of ISAD with documents required above.)

      步驟二：跟據損毀理由撰寫一封居留證損毀申報書
      步驟三：由申請人親自檢具前述文件向居留地之內政部入出國及移民署各縣（市）服務站提出申請。
       Step 1：Prepare required documents mentioned above and apply official document from  ISAD.
       Step 2：Go to National Immigration Agency in Douliu to report damage of ARC, and fill in Declaration Form with one 2-inch, white back-ground photo in person.
      Step 3：When applying for ARC, please prepare the required documents and go to the local service of Ministry of Interior National Immigration Agency. The process should be done in person.

       Step 1：Go to National Immigration Agency in Douliu to report missing of ARC, and fill in Declaration Form with one 2-inch, white back-ground photo in person.
       Step 2：Prepare required documents mentioned above and apply official document from  ISAD.
       Step 3：When applying for ARC, please prepare the required documents and go to the local service of Ministry of Interior National Immigration Agency. The process should be done in person.

港、澳、韓等地區 For students who are from Hong Kong, Macau and Korea, etc.  

校內代辦注意事項
1.申請期限：須於居留證期限到期月份的上一個月15日前向學務處僑外組提出代辦申請。(舉例來說，9月份到期的居留證，需統一在8月15日前，將所需文件交到僑外組申請公文)
2.所需文件：延期留台申請書(申請書下載→申請書Application Form)、
                   臺灣地區居留證正本、
                   學生證正、反面影本、
                   護照(正、影本)、
                   相片2張(白色背景之證件照) 請參考這裡、
                   新台幣300元
3.逾期到僑外組申請者：前往學務處申請公文後，自行前往按照居住地址(台北市或台北縣)分別到內政部入出國及移民署之台北市(台北縣)或雲林縣斗六市的服務站辦理延期申請。

Authorize Assistance of International Student as the agent
1. Definite term for application：
    If your ARC is going to be invalid next month, you should go to  International Students Assistance Division Office(ISA) and apply for it before the middle of this month. (For example, if your ARC will be invalid in September, you should hand in all required documents to ISA office before 15th August.)

3. Who go apply past time limit of item 1：
    Go to ISA office with documents mentioned above and apply for official document first. Then go to National Immigration Agency in Douliou on your own to apply for the extension of ARC.
